This policy applies to international wholesale orders placed with Quantamar LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for delivery outside the United States.
Quantamar LLC sells exclusively to approved business customers. Before accepting an international order, we require valid business registration documents and any applicable resale, tax, or import documentation. Documentation requirements may vary by country.
International shipping may be available to Canada, selected European countries, and other destinations upon request. All international orders are subject to review and written acceptance by Quntamar LLC.
Our product categories include automotive products and accessories, tools, home improvement products, home and kitchen goods, pet supplies, and other general merchandise. Availability in our catalog does not guarantee that a product can be shipped to or sold in every country.
Shipping eligibility depends on the destination, product type, carrier requirements, and applicable export and import restrictions.
International shipping charges are quoted individually based on the destination, shipment weight and dimensions, product handling requirements, and shipping method.
Before an order is finalized, Quntamar LLC will confirm the available shipping method, quoted transportation charges, and any known additional charges. Changes to the order or delivery details may require an updated quote.
Processing begins after the order has been accepted, required documents have been received, and the applicable payment requirements have been met. Estimated dispatch and delivery dates will be provided when available.

Quntamar LLC remains responsible for the export obligations applicable to it. This policy does not transfer any legal obligation that must remain with the seller.
Quntamar LLC will provide a commercial invoice and other shipping or export documents required of us for the accepted shipment.
Buyers must provide accurate company details, delivery information, and any required tax or importer identification numbers. Any special documentation requirements should be disclosed before the order is accepted.
We declare shipments accurately in accordance with applicable requirements. We do not undervalue merchandise or mark commercial orders as gifts.
Certain products may require special approval, documentation, packaging, or transportation, or may be unavailable for international shipment. Examples include batteries, aerosols, chemicals, automotive fluids, and certain electrical or pet-related products.
Before ordering, buyers must identify and communicate requirements relevant to their intended importation, resale, or use, including local labeling, certification, electrical compatibility, and product standards. Quntamar LLC will confirm whether it can fulfill the order subject to those requirements.
Quntamar LLC may decline or suspend a shipment that would violate applicable export controls, sanctions, import restrictions, or carrier requirements.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, port congestion, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Buyers must respond promptly to requests from customs authorities, carriers, or brokers. We will reasonably assist with shipment inquiries and documentation issues relating to our responsibilities.
The agreed order confirmation will specify the delivery terms and the point at which the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. If an Incoterms® rule is used, the confirmation will identify the rule, named location, and version.
Shipment insurance is included only when expressly stated in the agreed quote or order confirmation. Buyers requiring additional coverage must request it before shipment.
Buyers should inspect shipments upon arrival and record visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt where possible.
Report damage, missing items, or incorrect products to Quntamaer LLC promptly through the sales representative or contact channel used for the order. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs, and relevant delivery documents. Retain the packaging and affected goods for inspection.
Any applicable claim deadlines will be stated in the agreed order terms or carrier documentation. Quntamar LLC will reasonably cooperate with claim handling; responsibility will be determined by the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the buyer provides incorrect information, fails to obtain required import clearance, does not pay applicable import charges, or refuses delivery, the buyer may be responsible for reasonable resulting costs.
These may include return freight, storage, redelivery, and legally required disposal charges. Any deduction from a refund will be explained and limited to amounts permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law.
This provision does not apply to costs caused by Quntamar LLC error or failure to meet its obligations.
All international returns require prior written authorization from Quntamar LLC . Do not return merchandise without receiving return instructions.
Return eligibility, transportation costs, and any refund or replacement will be determined under the agreed order terms, the reason for return, and applicable law. Refunds of duties or taxes paid to customs authorities must generally be pursued through the relevant authority or broker.
This policy forms part of the terms provided for an international order. If it conflicts with separately agreed written order terms, those agreed terms control, subject to applicable law.
Updates to this policy apply to future orders and do not change previously accepted orders unless agreed in writing.
